• Smart Boiler, Faema’s patented digital boiler management system. With Smart Boiler, the boiler fills with water in small increments every time the machine is used. This significantly boosts steam and hot water capacity (+30%), keeping the boiler at its maximum steam pressure at all times, ensuring no down time during peak business hours.

• Adjustable thermal balance system, allows you to regulate the water temperature by simply turning a mixing valve. By regulating the flow of hot water in the thermosyphonic circuit, you can fine tune the brewing temperature in order to best adapt to your blend of coffee. Easily accessible, the barista can set individual temperatures for each group in moments and without switching off the machine.
