FAEMA – CIMBALI GROUP: launching the E71, a new traditional machine ideal for baristas and coffee specialists. The worldwide preview of the prototype will be presented at the HOST Equipment Coffee Food – 39th Hospitality International Exhibition. Scheduled to take place on the opening evening of the fair at MUMAC – the Museum of Coffee Making Machines - is the inauguration of the exhibition “The history and the myth”, dedicated to the FAEMA's 70th anniversary...
A traditional machine designed by Giugiaro Design with innovative technological features, while at the same time conceived to satisfy the international community of baristas and coffee specialists.
In short, these are the main characteristics of the new FAEMA E71 that will be presented for the very first time at the HOST Equipment Coffee Food – 39th Hospitality International Exhibition atthe Cimbali Group's stand. The Cimbali Group from Milan is the world leader in the design and manufacture of professional machines for making coffee, drinks with a fresh milk base, soluble drinks, and equipment for use with coffee machines (Pavilion 15, stand no.L54 L62 N53 N61).
The new E71 makes it possible to work with different temperatures for each group. Thanks to the new FAEMA hydraulic circuit with a GTi infusion control system, maximum thermal stability during extraction is guaranteed, a crucial process to ensure perfect in cup quality.
FAEMA E71 also offers the user the choice of working either with the manual lever or by making a selection on the touchscreen; a dual interaction system for the barista in a machine that represents a completely new innovation in the world of traditional machines.
The new machine also features innovative ergonomic solutions, like the cold touch steam wand and the new soft touch filter holder with a specially designed and developed shaped handle.
Once the machine has been positioned directly on the store counter, the reduced height of the machine makes it possible for the barista to maintain visual contact with the customer for a face to face experience when preparing the coffee.
The FAEMA E71 is a versatile product that can be customised in terms of its lateral features and the large back panel.
Like all the machines produced by the Cimbali Group, the E71 stands out due to the special attention paid to its energy saving characteristics.
The FAEMA E71 will be available in two versions (2 and 3 groups) from the second half of 2016.
HOST 2015 will also showcase the presentation of the new FAEMA brand identity, which will include a new logo with graphic restyling, as well as a new payoff “Express your art”. “Express
you art” encompasses the fact that coffee is art: in its preparation, in its meeting with the customer and in its tasting.
This year, the opening evening of the fair will coincide with the inauguration at MUMAC – the Museum of Coffee Making Machines - of the exhibition exhibition “The history and the myth”, a journey through the 70-year history of FAEMA, the historic brand of Cimbali Group founded in 1945 by Carlo Ernesto Valente.
Created to cover its history over seven decades and narrated through the machines and the people that contributed to making the Milanese brand great, and the exhibition also highlights the strong links with the sporting world, especially cycling. “The history and the myth” will run from 25 October to 18 December 2015 (for opening days and times, see www.mumac.it).
