From Jan. 17 to 21, Faema was one of the protagonists of the SIGEP 36th edition, the international exhibition dedicated to ice cream and bakery, exposing two cornerstones of its production: Emblema Restyling and Teorema.
Emblema, the Faema flagship by Giugiaro Design, has a brushed aluminum, or anthracite gray or glossy white body as well as a LED illuminated work area to allow the barista to work quickly, accurately and with minimal effort. Emblema Restyling is equipped with the new Auto Steam Milk4 steam wand, with which you can automatically get 4 different milk recipes (not frothed hot milk, little cream, standard cream, a lot of cream) for a rich and quality consistent menu. Moreover, Emblema allows the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections, the latter to communicate with the wireless, on deman grinder-doser as guarantee of the best extraction of the blend used.
Emblema Restyling is available in the 2-3-4 coffee group, semi-automatic and automatic versions.
Although belonging to the middle range, Teorema is equipped with the latest technology supported by the advanced electronics that allows the wi-fi connection to monitor all its functions, and the Bluetooth connection to communicate with the grinder-doser, all underlined by its forms, by the white and steel of its body and by the large graphic display that provides the user readability and functionality.
