Technologies
GTi
Système thermique à chaudières indépendantes. L’eau pour le café est acheminée vers les chaudières, où elle est portée à la température d’extraction souhaitée. Le système thermique GTi permet également de contrôler la phase d’infusion.
AutoSteam Milk4
Dispositif permettant de chauffer et faire mousser de grandes quantités de lait sans intervention manuelle. La version Milk4 vous permet de personnaliser la température et le niveau d’émulsion du lait : non moussé, peu de crème, crème standard, crème abondante.
Smartboiler
Système permettant de gérer l’accumulation d’énergie conservée dans la chaudière un apport constant et maximal de vapeur et d’eau, même en cas d’utilisation intensive.
Perfect Grinding System (PGS)
Système de réglage automatique de la mouture du café.
Barista Drive System (BDS)
Système intégré qui vous facilite le travail en assurant un dialogue constant entre la machine et le moulin doseur.
Energy Saving Mode
Logiciel permettant d’abaisser la pression de la chaudière lorsque la machine ne doit pas distribuer de café pendant une période prolongée.
